ロン デル バリリトは、プエルトリコのバヤモンにある家族経営の蒸留所、ハシエンダ サンタ アナで生産されています。スリースターは、1880 年に家族の最初の蒸留所であるペドロ フェルナンデスに遡るオリジナルのレシピです。ホワイトオークのオロロソ樽で6～10年熟成させた無添加ラム酒をブレンドしました。キューバスタイルに傾いており、タバコとスモークの香りが主体の甘い味わいです。地元で人気の店で、カクテルを飲んだり、次のレベルに引き上げたりするのに最適です。

ディスティラーズノート自然な濃い赤みを帯びたミディアムボディ。アーモンド、バニラ、レーズン、バナナの香りに、強い木質のバックボーン。非常に滑らかでフルーティーな甘さ、スモーキーな余韻が長く続きます。

A puerto rican classic

The 3 Star is Barrilito's flagship bottle. It's not one of those overly sweet and syrupy rums and has undertones of tobacco and rawhide on the nose. Sounds odd but it's a good balance. It sips easy on the rocks and makes rich, flavorful cocktails. This is my go-to for Dark and Stormys. For awhile, you could only get it at the airports in PR. Thank you, TSR for keeping it in stock for all us Boricuas who don't get home as much as we should.
