Returns
All sales are final.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be something you did not order. It must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You have 14 days after receiving the wrong item to request a return. Email us at comms@tasteselectrepeat.com to initiate a return. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will be subject to reshipment and restock fees at the sole discretion of Taste Select Repeat.
Damages and Issues
You agree that Taste Select Repeat shall not be held liable for any Product damage or loss that occurs during shipping. IF YOU ARE NOT LEGALLY ALLOWED TO RECEIVE PACKAGES FROM TASTE SELECT REPEAT, AND DAMAGE OR LOSS OCCURS, YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.
In any instance where you are not eligible for a refund, it is your responsibility to pursue a claim with the shipping company. We do not refund the cost of shipping under any circumstances. We do not reship damaged, lost or missed packages.
If the shipping company reports your package as "damaged," and discards it before an attempt is made to deliver it to you, you are eligible for a refund.
If the shipping company reports your package as "lost" before an attempt is made to deliver it to you, you are eligible for a refund. Taste Select Repeat will initiate a lost claim with the shipping provider on your behalf. Shipments are not considered "lost" until the shipping provider completes its investigation and confirms that the package cannot be found and is also eligible for reimbursement.
If you initiate a delivery investigation or file a claim, you are responsible for the resolution of the investigation, and you are not eligible for a refund.
If your item is damaged or lost after you miss or redirect a shipment, you are not eligible for a refund.
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, you receive the wrong item, or an item is missing. Email us at comms@tasteselectrepeat.com and attach photographs or video of the issue. This must include: the contents of package, the package itself in its entirety showing the shipping label(s) on the package, and your packing slip.
Missing items are eligible for refund. Items are not considered "missing" until you send us your photographs or videos, and we complete an internal investigation to confirm that your missing item was not shipped. We do not reship missing items
IF, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION, WE DETERMINE YOU FILED A FRAUDULENT REFUND CLAIM, YOUR REFUND WILL BE DENIED AND YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE SUSPENDED INDEFINITELY.
Missed or Refused Deliveries
You agree that Taste Select Repeat shall not be responsible if you miss or refuse a delivery. If you miss or refuse a delivery, you are only eligible for a refund if the package is returned to us unopened, by the shipping company, and all items are intact as they were sold to you. Shipping charges for missed or refused deliveries are not refundable, and you will be charged a restock fee to cover the cost of return shipping and labor.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once a final determination has been made. If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
