This is a bit like a bourbon meets scotch. There’s a little bit of peat with a little bit of sweet.
This isn’t an overly complicated profile; it’s neat/clean, which I enjoy. A lil Smoke and a lil sweet, that’s it.
Give this one a shot.

Pleasant Surprise.
Never really f'ed with Japanese whisky but wanted to check this out. Nice blend of sweetness and fruity notes with a subtle ash finish. Not too complex, it's a solid choice for those exploring Japanese whisky, and even works well in highball cocktails.
