W.L. Weller C.Y.P.B. Bourbon

Aside from Blanton's, Weller bourbon is Buffalo Trace's most well-known whiskey and uses the same proprietary wheated mash bill as Pappy Van Winkle. The limited-edition “Craft Your Perfect Bourbon” release is the result of on online poll where people were asked to choose the attributes of their ideal whiskey. The result was a wheated bourbon, aged for eight years on the highest floors of the Buffalo Trace warehouse, and bottled at 95 proof.
