The Waterford Single Farm Origin series uses barley from one farm to produce terroir-driven, natural whiskies without coloring, chill-filtration or additives. The Rathclogh Edition 1.1 is made from Irish barley grown by Richard Raftice on his farm in Kilkenny, Ireland. It has a nose of fresh hay, black pepper, black currant jam and butterscotch. Stewed apple, black cherry, and hot chocolate on the palate. The finish is warm and gently spiced.
