Shenk's Homestead Kentucky Sour Mash Whiskey

Part of Michter’s limited-edition Legacy Series, Shenk’s Homestead Distillery Sour Mash Whiskey honors the legacy of John Shenk, who in 1753 founded the distillery that would later become Michter’s. A high-rye Kentucky sour mash, Shenk’s 2023 release was partially aged in oak barrels sourced from the Vosges region of France and according to their website is "a warm and rich expression with highlights of spiced fruit, nougat, honey and spiced chocolate."
