Remus Repeal Reserve is a limited edition bourbon released annually on November 13th by MGP. Series II debuted in 2018 and is a blend of 10 and 11 year old bourbon. Series II has an earthy nose combined with toffee and nuts. The palate is centered around big rye spice, nuts, mint and chocolate. The mouthfeel is thick and the finish is spicy with some sweetness and vanilla to balance it out. This is vintage MGP high-rye bourbon. Bold. Not for the faint of heart.
