La Adelita has been flying below the radar for awhile. Their tequilas are additive free and made from agave grown on the family farm, Hacienda la Capilla. Their extra anejo is their crown jewel. It's aged 48 months in re-toasted used American whiskey barrels and delivers notes of honeyed heather, sassafras, marzipan, and apricot nectar.
