Insolito Tequila Anejo

Insolito Tequila is the creation of brothers Octavio and Alberto Herrera, who operate Mexico's highest-altitude distillery in the Sierra del Tigre mountains, high above Jalisco. All their tequilas are 100% additive-free and made with a unique slow fermentation process using only three ingredients: agave, water and yeast. Their anejo tequila is aged for 18 to 24 months in new American Oak barrels and features a blend of highland and lowland agave. It feature a strong nose and tasting notes of nuts and dried fruits.
