Jim Beam's limited-edition Hardin's Creek line features unique mash bills and different themes which draw on the Noe family's legacy and love of whiskey-making. This year's iteration is known as the Kentucky Series and its three releases feature the same mash bill which was aged for 17 years at Beam's three Kentucky campuses. The second release in the series, Hardin's Creek Kentucky Series: Frankfort hails from the Jim Beam Old Grand-Dad Plant and according to their website has notes of caramel, raisins and tobacco on the palette.
