This Bainbridge wheat whiskey was hand-selected at the distillery on Bainbridge Island, Washington before being rested for six months in a rare Japanese mizunara cask. It has the sweetness of tropical fruits with a mild finish of sandalwood. It's a soft, fancy drinker that makes a perfect nightcap. It's accompanied by a Stave & Bean dark roast coffee (12oz), and an award-winning Olympia Provisions Loukanika salami made from pork and flavored with cumin, garlic, and a hint of orange zest.
