Nicknamed "Mexico's best kept Secret," El Tequileno was founded in 1959 by Don Jorge Salles Cuervo, and is still run by his family today. El Tequileno reposado is aged for a minimum of eight months which brings out hints of vanilla and pear. All El Tequileno tequila is additive free.

No flaws in this one

Easily my favorite reposado. It has tons of vanilla notes from extended barrel aging, and doesn't taste fake like those syrupy tequilas loaded with additives. It's an excellent example of what a high-end reposado should taste like.
