Certified as a first level Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers, his award-winning small batch blends are sourced from distilleries in Kentucky and Indiana and use a variety of different mash bills. Toasted Barrel Batch 3 bourbon was bottled at cask strength and was finished for three months in 75% Medium and 25% Heavy new Toasted Barrels from Kelvin Cooperage.
