This single barrel of Ragtime rye was hand-selected at New York Distilling by TSR members at our inaugural Barrel Camp. It's the older of the two barrels selected from 12 barrels. It's a rich complete rye, with a unique mash bill and barrel char, and eight summers under its belt.
