Hillrock Estate Bourbon Collection

Located in New York's Hudson Valley, Hillrock Estate is one of the last distilleries Dave Pickerell worked on before his untimely passing in 2018. Hillrock is one of the only American distilleries to grow its own grains, and floor malt on site. Their award-winning whiskeys are truly field-to-glass. These limited-release bourbons are aged in oloroso Sherry barrels before being finished in a variety of different casks and bottled at various proof points, including cask strength.
