Doc Swinson's Alter Ego Triple Cask Bourbon

Doc Swinson's is a scrappy boutique distiller located deep in the corner of northwest Washington. We know because we trekked out there. It's closer to Canada than Seattle. Their operation is anchored by Jesse Parker, a creative young distiller with a knack for blending, finishing and solera aging sourced whiskey. For the Alter Ego series, Parker blends barrels of MGP bourbon and finishes them in a trio of large-format casks that previously contained Oloroso Sherry, Pedro Ximenez Sherry, and Cognac. This is Batch #3, a highly-awarded bourbon originally released in 2021. Exclusive to TSR, these are the last bottles from this batch.
