Hillrock Estate Distillery Bourbon - Exceptional Cask #3

Located in New York's Hudson Valley, Hillrock Estate is one of the last distilleries Dave Pickerell worked on before his untimely passing in 2018. Hillrock is one of the only American distilleries to grow its own grains, and floor malt on site. Their award-winning whiskeys are truly field-to-glass. This limited-release 'Owner’s Special Reserve’ bourbon was limited to 608 bottles. It was aged in oloroso sherry barrels and bottled at cask strength (116.8 proof).
