It tastes like Willett's using older bourbon \ better barrels and the blend is more consistent. They've finally hit their stride with Noah's Mill. If you haven't had it in awhile, its' time to revisit.
I've always been a fan of Noah's Mill but seems like the latest bottles are a cut above the rest. You know what you're getting, with a rich mouthfeel and notes of brown sugar and tobacco. I would buy this over lots of limited "barrel proof" releases which I think are inconsistent and often overpriced.
