Middle West Straight Wheat Whiskey

Founded in 2008, Middle West Spirits has quietly become Ohio's top whiskey distillery. Their straight wheat whiskey is crafted in small batches using locally sourced  wheat and aged a minimum of four years in new toasted and charred American white oak barrels. According to the distillery expect "aromas of pastry dough, nougat, and buttercream. A dry-yet-fruity medium body. A finish of spiced nuts, dried cherry, wheat bread, and baking spices."
