Ben Holladay Bourbon operates on the site of Holladay's original distillery, which opened in Weston, Missouri, in 1856. According to a 2019 state law, a “Missouri bourbon” must meet the federal bourbon standards, and be made with corn grown in Missouri, and be mashed, fermented, distilled, aged, and bottled in the state.

I will always check out a bottled in bond bourbon and was excited to try this one out. This is a solid bottle which is perfect when you want something nicer than Evan Williams of Old Grand-Dad but don't think high end BIBs live up to the hype. You know who I'm talking about.
