Hillrock Estate Bourbon - Friends of the Program

TSR Cask 3, dubbed Friends of the Program, is a solera-aged bourbon from the award-winning Hillrock Estate. It was hand-selected at the distillery by Pierre Auguste and OJ Lima to commemorate TSR's first anniversary.

Hillrock is one of our local spots, just up the Hudson in Ancram, NY. The owners, Cathy and Jeffrey, have always supported us. In fact, TSR Cask 1, a Hillrock single malt, was the first private barrel released using the TSR license. 

Cask 3 was lightly rested in a 20-year-old Oloroso sherry cask before being bottled at cask strength.
