Doc Swinson's Bourbon Collection

Doc Swinson's is a scrappy boutique distiller located deep in the corner of northwest Washington. We know because we trekked out there. It's closer to Canada than Seattle. Their operation is anchored by Jesse Parker, a creative young distiller with a knack for blending, finishing and solera-aging sourced whiskey. This is the last time you'll see these batches of their Exploratory Cask and Alter Ego bourbons. The Blender's Cut is their newest line. It's exquisitely blended and a must-cop if you're a fan of high-rye MGP bourbon.
